How It Works
No sales visit gates your price or your decision — you already know both before you buy anything. Here's exactly what happens next, step by step, so nothing is a surprise.
System selection, pricing, and any add-ons (like lead reduction) are all handled on the site itself. No salesperson, no visit required before you decide.
A follow-up call to find a time that works — this is a logistics step, not a sales step. Your system and price are already yours; the call just coordinates when a technician comes out.
Cabinet space, existing plumbing, and mounting location get confirmed in person — not assumed ahead of time. This is also when a site-assessed upgrade, like the inline carbon polish filter, would be discussed if relevant.
Bracket mounted, housings installed, fittings and tubing connected to your existing water line — typically completed within a single visit.
Water is run through to clear any residual air or manufacturing particulate before the system is put into regular use, and every connection is checked for leaks.
System name, install date, and service contact — physically on the unit, so it's never a guess later, for you or for us.
Not a filter change — just confirming everything's still sealed properly and performing as it should, early in your first year. See the Service Plan for the full annual schedule after that.
